INITIATE A RMA
In order to start a warranty claim for one of your VAPORMED devices, please follow the steps below.
2. Create a Customer Account
3. Go to the section “My Devices” within your Customer Account
4. Register your device by filling in all required product information
5. Your device will now appear in your devices list. Click on "Initiate RMA"
